Chris Garvin has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has executed over $300 million in transactions, leading the company to be recognized as a leading investor and operator of multifamily assets in the Seattle metro.
Barrett Johnston, with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, is responsible for daily operations, accounting and finance, risk management, and investor relationships, executing over $300 million in real estate transactions.
